Requirements

  • 8+ years marketing and commercial experience, preferably in e-commerce fashion
  • Proven track record driving market share growth
  • Built and executed successful marketing strategies, especially in Denmark, Sweden
  • Experience in Norway and Finland is ideal
  • Fluent in English
  • Speaking another language from the markets above is a plus
  • Expertise on Scandinavian market
  • Experience in Danish & Swedish market is ideal
  • Provide insights into local competitive landscape and market trends
  • Strong experience planning and executing Regional/Country Marketing Strategy
  • Deep expertise reaching and engaging users, audiences, and segments
  • Applying latest insights and KPIs to strengthen marketing position

  • Advanced ecommerce analytics tools understanding

  • Drive local consumer marketing in DK, SE, NO, and FI
  • Create and execute annual marketing strategy
  • Inform go-to-market strategy with market insights
  • Collaborate with local agencies on creative planning
  • Lead weekly stand-up meetings for marketing initiatives
  • Work with global and cross-functional teams
  • Define core audiences and winning tactics
  • Manage regional media budget with the Media Team
  • Measure marketing impact and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop synergies with other Nordic markets
  • Scale local activations and best practices
  • Contribute to global marketing initiatives
