Tasks
- Drive consumer marketing in Spain and Portugal
- Bring local voice and market insights to life
- Enhance value proposition and brand perception
- Collaborate with Southern Europe teams to grow market share
- Amplify global marketing initiatives locally
- Lead market-specific initiatives to capture local opportunities
- Execute Zalando’s marketing strategy to meet KPIs
- Define core audiences and strategies to win them over
- Understand market dynamics and trends
- Inform go-to-market strategy and wider organization
- Unlock efficiency and effectiveness by scaling best practices
- Win new customers and improve brand perception
- Develop and execute local amplifications of global initiatives
- Manage regional media spend with the media team
- Maximize investment effectiveness across channels
- Lead the business in collaboration with key units and stakeholders
- Work closely with Southern Europe heads and general manager
- Drive value proposition and market voice in decision-making
