- Proven track record in general management, commercial leadership, or managing director roles

- Translate global and regional priorities into local execution plans
- Own in-year P&L and performance for Germany and DACH
- Lead integrated sales, demand, and supply planning for DACH
- Develop and execute long-term UFS DACH business strategy
- Foster a performance culture and build talent
- Identify and attract the right talent for DACH
- Prioritize and allocate resources for DACH initiatives
- Identify new growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Provide leadership and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Leverage digital technology to enhance reach and penetration
