Requirements

  • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing: Ability to align and mobilize teams across functions and seniority levels
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management: Proven experience leading key customer negotiations and managing strategic relationships
  • Digital commerce knowledge: Ability to apply modern digital-commerce practices to drive channel performance
  • Fluent in German and English
