Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Sales or Marketing Executive equivalent
- Strong end to end commercial FMCG understanding
- High levels of numerical acumen and attention to detail
- Project management experience
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- High level of structure and mastering administrative basics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver and solution-based team player
- Polished and engaging presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Leverage deep understanding of customer and consumer needs
- Apply strategic thinking to activation planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree activation initiatives
- Align initiatives with brand and portfolio priorities
- Lead external activation and shopper marketing agencies
- Deliver insight-driven concepts to enhance shopper engagement
- Drive conversion at the point of sale
- Orchestrate all elements of commercial activation
- Manage material and POS development
- Conduct cross-functional briefings with key accounts and field sales
- Manage budgets with discipline and efficiency
- Lead internal cross-functional teams within a matrix organization
- Delegate effectively and foster alignment across levels
