Tasks
- Introduce and develop the global insurance program
- Implement the insurance strategy for the Coatings division
- Advise internal stakeholders on insurance matters
- Provide strategic insurance guidance to senior management
- Coordinate relationships with insurers and brokers
- Lead the selection of suitable insurance partners
- Manage policies and certificates of insurance
- Ensure availability of proofs of coverage in business processes
- Support global claims handling
- Oversee claim settlement processes with business units
- Review invoices from insurers and brokers
- Manage payment processes with responsible departments
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Assist in adapting insurance solutions as needed
