Description

In this role, you will take charge of the global Order-to-Cash Finance processes, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving improvements and efficiencies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various functions and managing third-party providers to enhance financial operations.

Requirements

• •University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• •Additional certifications such as CMA or CPA
• •At least 10 years of work experience in financial process management and optimization
• •Strong focus on O2C activities in a multinational corporation
• •Experience in the chemicals industry or related industry
• •Experience during transitions or carve-outs
• •Strong understanding of O2C processes and process optimization methodologies
• •Proficiency in SAP R/3 and S/4
• •Proficiency in process mapping tools
• •Advanced MS Office skills
• •Excellent analytical skills
• •Excellent problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment
• •Fluency in English
