Requirements

  • 12+ years SAP experience in manufacturing/supply chain
  • Strong SAP PP/PP-PI expertise
  • Expertise in WM/EWM, QM, or MM module
  • Proven experience leading global teams
  • Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs
  • Hands-on S/4HANA transformation experience
  • Hands-on global template implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Solid ABAP knowledge
  • Solid debugging knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15%

Tasks

  • Own global SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain
  • Drive Plan-to-Deliver standardization and operational excellence
  • Lead manufacturing and supply chain process harmonization
  • Own Manufacturing & Supply Chain stream in S/4HANA transformation
  • Define future system architecture and planning landscape
  • Ensure alignment with global template approaches
  • Act as key business-IT interface for Global and Sub-Process Owners
  • Lead, develop, and structure global SAP expert team
  • Contribute to application governance and strategic direction
