Tasks
- •Log and resolve first-level incidents.
- •Fulfill service requests for IT services.
- •Support technical areas like computers and mobile devices.
- •Promote adherence to Dennemeyer policies and standards.
- •Ensure compliance with ITSM, ITIL, and security policies.
- •Utilize the knowledge base for consistent incident responses.
- •Take ownership of incidents and keep users updated.
- •Document issues and resolutions in the ITSM tool.
- •Manage the lifecycle of end-user computers, including:
- •Deployment of new systems.
- •Maintenance of existing systems.
- •Renewal of equipment.
- •Disposal management of outdated systems.
- •Provide remote support using technical tools.
- •Participate in after-hours on-call support.
