- Manage and deliver customer change requests
- Update configurations and portal settings
- Troubleshoot platform issues
- Investigate system setups, configurations, and data
- Support queries on platform functionality and processes
- Advise on best practice usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Communicate progress clearly to customers
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Handle multiple support requests effectively
- Work in a fast-paced SaaS environment
