Requirements
- 2–5 years relevant IT support experience
- 3+ years Windows and macOS support
- Expert-level hardware support and troubleshooting
- Networking experience, Network+ certification, or equivalent
- 3+ years network cabling experience
- Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or equivalent
- Experience with asset and endpoint management
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
- CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred)
- Microsoft Associate Certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Apple certification (ACSP or equivalent) (preferred)
- Dependable and communicative team player
- Reliable, solution-oriented, and quality-focused
- Ability to work independently
- Effective workload prioritization
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication of IT topics
- Ability to translate technical issues
- Very good English communication skills
- Clear and accurate technical documentation
Tasks
- Support equipment following IT security standards
- Build and deploy custom hardware systems
- Troubleshoot Windows OS and application performance
- Configure and support macOS systems
- Manage mobile device enrollment and configuration
- Perform advanced hardware diagnostics and repairs
- Track hardware assets throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure endpoint compliance and security patching
- Resolve VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
- Administer network switches and VLAN configurations
- Patch servers and maintain update schedules
- Perform and verify system backups
- Triage and escalate technical support tickets
- Document resolutions in the ticketing system
- Create technical procedures for the FAQ
- Participate in IT project implementation
- Set up hardware and software environments
- Train users on software and security
- Support IT operational stability initiatives
