- Passion for technical problem-solving and learning

- IT support experience with macOS, Windows, and iOS
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset for issue resolution
- Customer-first attitude and communication skills
- Experience with M365, Entra ID, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Experience with Intune, Jamf, and JumpCloud
- Experience with PowerShell or Python automation
- Experience with Zero Trust and VPN troubleshooting
- Experience in fast-growing startup environments
Tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support via Slack, email, or in-person
- Maintain local video conferencing hardware proactively
- Offer in-person support for meetings
- Manage and monitor Jira Service Management tickets
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Oversee user and device lifecycle processes
- Prepare equipment and access for new joiners
- Optimize the Microsoft 365 corporate IT environment
- Collaborate with the broader IT team on operations
