- •Proven experience in service capacity planning
- •Analytical mindset with service improvement experience
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or PRINCE2/PMP
- •Ability to work in a complex, collaborative environment
- •Strong command of spoken and written English
- •Occasional travel of up to 30% may be required
- •Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants

- •Contribute to IT service management practices
- •Shape the digital journey
- •Oversee multi-vendor service performance
- •Monitor vendor performance and service delivery
- •Collaborate with internal teams across locations
- •Work closely with external contractors and service providers
- •Monitor infrastructure-related SLAs
- •Drive capacity planning and continuous service improvement
- •Act as primary contact between IT vendors and stakeholders
- •Lead structured vendor performance reviews
- •Address issues and escalate unresolved matters
- •Document service performance in Service Review Reports
- •Facilitate regular service review meetings
- •Ensure adherence to technology standards and governance frameworks
- •Maintain IT service continuity and disaster recovery plans
