IT Manager (IT Support)(m/w/x)
Leading end-to-end IT service delivery for a global job-tech platform across DACH. ITIL 4 Foundation certification and IT service delivery experience required. 31 days vacation, plus Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Desirable advanced ITIL or Service Management certifications
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus
- Experience in IT service delivery/service management, including helpdesk and team coordination
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools
- Strong knowledge of KPI/SLA management
- Strong knowledge of workplace IT infrastructure
- Clear communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Calmness under pressure
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end IT service delivery across DACH
- Oversee helpdesk operations
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and SLAs
- Report on KPIs and SLAs
- Manage escalations
- Drive continuous service improvement
- Act as primary IT liaison for regional stakeholders
- Coordinate with global teams and vendors
- Lead and mentor a local team of 5
- Foster an inclusive, customer-focused service culture
- Plan and execute IT components for office moves
- Plan and execute IT components for workplace projects
