IT Service Manager(m/w/x)
Managing IT service relationships and procurement for a European B2B mobility platform. ITIL v4 or IAM certifications preferred. 60/40 hybrid model, flexible hours.
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
- ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates (ideal)
- Professional experience in IT service management
- Incident, change, and release management experience
- Solid IAM expertise
- Identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, recertifications expertise
- Experience managing service providers
- Handling SLAs and KPIs experience
- Structured transition of projects to stable operations
- Resolution of complex issues in Second Level Support
- Strong technical knowledge of IAM tools
- Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42)
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style
- Confident communication in German and English
Tasks
- Control and monitor service relationships with external partners
- Support specification, tendering, and procurement of new IT services
- Select suitable service providers
- Develop and optimize existing services, SLAs, and KPIs
- Evaluate new technologies and solution approaches
- Provide recommendations for future business requirements
- Monitor stability of applications and services
- Analyze and resolve incidents in Second Level Support
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from implementation to rollout
- Develop IAM processes for identity lifecycle, role, and authorization
- Ensure compliance with recertification requirements
