- Conduct regular access reviews
- Enforce the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP)
- Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes
- Maintain PAM documentation
- Create operating procedures
- Develop training materials
- Support IAM standards development
- Support IAM procedures development
- Provide guidance to users
- Support internal audit activities
- Support external audit activities
- Investigate identity-related incidents
- Triage identity-related incidents
- Escalate identity-related incidents
- Offer technical support for access issues
- Deliver user training on IAM processes
- Deliver user training on IAM tools
