  • Sell large HVDC system projects (EPC) to customers
  • Negotiate project terms for optimal conditions and profitability
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Promote Hitachi Energy’s full product offering
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in Europe
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and capture plans
  • Lead and coordinate tender teams
  • Prepare cost-optimized and value-focused offers
  • Form and lead internal and external consortiums
  • Drive negotiations to close deals with added value
  • Ensure successful transaction outcomes
  • Share knowledge and collaborate internally
  • Adhere to Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity
