Requirements
- •Higher level of business education with HR focus
- •Work experience as HR business partner or comparable position
- •Very good knowledge of labor law; coaching or trainer training advantageous
- •Strong communication skills, service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking
- •Empathetic and independent personality with hands-on mentality and negotiating skills
- •High sense of responsibility, initiative, structured and proactive working style
- •Savvy handling of IT systems and digital affinity
- •German at least C1 level
- •Fluent communication in English in business setting (verbal & written)

Tasks
- •Support management teams with team management
- •Assist employees with career management and personal development
- •Facilitate training and mobility opportunities
- •Manage annual and biannual interview campaigns
- •Conduct staff reviews and salary increase processes
- •Administer employee satisfaction surveys
- •Develop and oversee training plans
- •Manage the entire recruitment process with hiring managers
- •Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers
- •Source candidates directly or through agencies
- •Conduct interviews and extend job offers
- •Monitor candidate onboarding processes
- •Integrate new employees into the group and systems
- •Oversee personnel administration and payroll validation
- •Manage the time tracking system
- •Provide legal support to managers on various issues
- •Participate in cross-functional HR projects
- •Support the Austrian HR team with recruitment and administration
