- •Collaborate with the HR Operations Coordinator
- •Manage complex or non-standard HR cases
- •Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- •Handle advanced contract-related matters
- •Coordinate with Employment Law for compliance
- •Support leave-of-absence and employee relations
- •Manage employee on- and offboarding processes
- •Liaise with Payroll, Finance, and international teams
- •Contribute to office openings and HR initiatives
- •Lead Senior Executive HR Management communications
- •Maintain data accuracy as a Workday expert
- •Support Workday system enhancements
- •Identify and implement HR process improvements
