- •Several years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR administration, or shared services
- •Proven leadership experience in managing and developing HR teams
- •Deep understanding of HR processes, employment law fundamentals, compliance requirements, and data privacy (GDPR)
- •Hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally Workday, including process design, data management, and reporting
- •Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong analytical skills
- •Ability to navigate complex topics and prioritize effectively
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English
- •Collaborative mindset, resilience, and sound judgment

- •Lead and develop a team of four
- •Set priorities for HR service delivery
- •Ensure high-quality and compliant HR services
- •Shape the strategic direction of HR Operations
- •Provide expert guidance on complex HR cases
- •Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- •Oversee and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- •Ensure compliance with labor legislation and GDPR
- •Define and monitor documentation quality standards
- •Act as a key stakeholder for HR systems, especially Workday
- •Ensure efficient process flows and accurate data
- •Drive digitalization initiatives for HR systems
- •Identify trends and improvement opportunities using HR data
- •Build partnerships with Recruiting, Staffing, Payroll, Finance, and BCG Legal
- •Ensure seamless integration of HR processes across entities
- •Represent HR Operations in cross-functional meetings
- •Communicate priorities transparently
- •Lead initiatives focused on efficiency and scalability
- •Contribute to policy harmonization and new HR frameworks
- •Drive continuous improvement in HR Operations
