Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR administration, or shared services (preferably international/fast-scaling environment)
- Proven leadership experience in managing/developing HR teams, with focus on service quality and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of HR processes, employment law fundamentals, compliance requirements, and data privacy (GDPR)
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (ideally Workday), including process design, data management, and reporting
- Structured, solution-oriented working style, strong analytical skills, and high degree of ownership
- Ability to navigate complex topics, prioritize effectively, and drive operational improvements
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with ability to build strong partnerships
- Collaborative mindset, resilience, sound judgment, and ability to thrive in dynamic, international environment

- Handle complex terminations
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Promote service excellence
- Oversee and continuously improve HR processes
- Ensure adherence to labor legislation
- Ensure GDPR compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies
- Define and monitor standards for documentation quality
- Define and monitor standards for data integrity
- Define and monitor standards for policy consistency
- Build a stable, scalable operational foundation
- Act as key stakeholder for HR systems
- Manage Workday HR system
- Ensure efficient HR process flows
- Ensure accurate HR data
- Represent Inverto’s needs in global system initiatives
- Drive HR digitalization
- Use HR data to identify trends
- Use HR data to identify risks
- Use HR data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Head of People Services
- Develop strong partnerships with Recruiting, Staffing, Payroll

- Integrate HR processes seamlessly across entities
- Represent HR Operations in cross-functional meetings
- Ensure transparent communication of priorities
- Drive efficiency, harmonization, and scalability initiatives
- Manage HR entity setups
- Harmonize HR policies
- Develop new HR frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback
