Requirements

Tasks
- Deploy the group HR policy within your assigned scope
- Advise management teams on team leadership and management
- Support employees with individual career and personal development
- Manage functional, hierarchical, and international mobility
- Coordinate annual and biannual interview campaigns
- Conduct staff reviews and manage salary increase processes
- Administer employee satisfaction surveys and training plans
- Identify organizational needs and source profiles with managers
- Collaborate with agencies and the recruitment manager for sourcing
- Conduct interviews and extend offers to candidates
- Monitor individual onboarding and integrate employees into systems
- Manage personnel administration for the German entity
- Supervise and validate the payroll process with management
- Manage and oversee the time tracking system
- Provide legal support to managers on disciplinary procedures
- Perform legal and regulatory monitoring for the region
- Participate in cross-functional HRMS and e-learning projects
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives
- Support the Austrian HR team with recruitment and administration
