- Knowledge of payroll interfaces
- Knowledge of HR data management
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle operations

- Very good payroll knowledge

- Excellent organizational abilities
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Strong communication skills

- Fluency in English

Tasks
- Steer HR Operations across 10 European countries
- Ensure standardized processes and high data accuracy
- Facilitate compliant execution and smooth cross-country collaboration
- Support the Head of HR in complex cases
- Relieve day-to-day operational workload for the Head of HR
- Lead and develop the HR Operations Specialist and Payroll Specialist
- Prioritize quality standards and efficient collaboration
- Ensure continuous upskilling of team members
- Design and implement lean end-to-end HR core processes
- Optimize Payroll processes for accuracy and compliance
- Govern HR policies, guidelines, and SOPs
- Maintain documentation standards and operational controls
- Ensure legal compliance and consistent company-wide communication
- Administer and optimize the HRIS (Personio) system
- Configure workflows and ensure data integrity
- Monitor KPIs for speed, accuracy, and SLA adherence
- Improve operational performance
- Interface with Finance, IT, Legal, and country teams
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and audit readiness
- Maintain data protection compliance
- Communicate operational changes clearly
