Tasks
- Lead and scale HR for Europe and APAC
- Manage and coach HR Officer in Malaysia
- Align with global HR on policies and programs
- Advise Chief of Staff on organizational design
- Partner with Global Payroll Specialist for accuracy
- Oversee global benefits administration
- Enhance company culture and engagement
- Build relationships with managers and employees
- Develop and refine HR policies and procedures
- Support Senior Corporate Recruiter in hiring
- Manage HR systems for data integrity
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Foster cross-regional partnerships
- Drive change management efforts
- Promote a safe and equitable workplace
