Requirements
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- •8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in HR Management
- •In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, employment practices and HR trends
- •Experience in Recruiting, Learning & Development (OKR), and Change Management
- •Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
- •Experience working in a US corporate headquartered and matrixed organization
- •Experience building strong working and trustworthy relationships with works councils
- •Experience dealing with Workday (HRIS)
- •Very good organization, time management and implementation skills
- •Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Motivation to build a future-oriented and healthy HR Landscape

Tasks
- •Drive the development of the HR function in Germany
- •Support continuous growth with approximately 30-40 new hires yearly until 2028
- •Collaborate closely with the CEO and C-Level on HR-related matters
- •Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative culture
- •Partner with senior leaders on organizational goals and workforce planning
- •Work with external recruitment agencies and labor law consultants
- •Oversee strategies to attract top talent and assist managers in talent development
- •Conduct talent reviews focusing on succession planning
- •Ensure HR policies comply with German labor laws and regulations
- •Act as the point of contact for employee relations issues
- •Drive performance management and employee development programs
- •Support Line Managers in managing underperforming employees
- •Deliver change programs based on business needs
- •Maintain positive relationships with the Works Council
- •Ensure timely monthly payroll processing
