- Develop and professionalize HR policies, structures, and workflows
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Create compelling job advertisements
- Pre-select qualified candidates
- Conduct introductory candidate calls
- Support critical hiring decisions
- Enhance the Employer Value Proposition
- Implement Employer Branding measures
- Optimize employee benefits
- Develop structured career development programs
- Drive employee engagement
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and motivation
- Plan and organize team events with the Office Manager
