  • Hands-on experience SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central (EC)
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, data to insights
  • Experience in international and/or matrix organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Clear, structured, confident communication style
  • Hands-on, reliable, detail-oriented, balance operational/strategic work
  • Business fluent English; German and other languages a plus
