- •Facilitate discussions and resolve employee litigations.
- •Support business initiatives like product launches and acquisitions.
- •Identify and develop internal talent in partnership with leadership.
- •Stay updated on local best practices and propose implementations.
- •Implement regional and global HR policies and processes.
- •Streamline and optimize local HR offerings for growth.
- •Drive cross-regional HR topics for EMEA, such as I&D.
