- •Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related area
- •At least 5 years HR professional experience
- •Strong knowledge of labour law and collective agreements
- •Desirable basic social security and tax law knowledge
- •Strong English communication skills
- •Experience in large scale projects and transformation

- •Partner with R&D managers on strategic HR solutions
- •Enhance organizational effectiveness and culture initiatives
- •Drive talent management and development strategies
- •Advise departments on employee retention and team building
- •Utilize assessment tools like 360° feedback for development
- •Implement the annual Talent Review process
- •Coordinate succession planning for key positions
- •Establish and track talent performance indicators
- •Manage annual performance assessments and calibration meetings
- •Oversee the annual rewards planning process
- •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on critical hiring
- •Build internal and external talent pipelines
- •Lead small and large-scale organizational reorganizations
- •Support managers through complex change management
- •Develop and implement business incentive plans
- •Lead local and global HR projects
- •Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence
- •Maintain a trusting relationship with the works council
