Requirements

  • •Coordinate succession planning for key positions

  • •Oversee the annual rewards planning process
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on critical hiring
  • •Build internal and external talent pipelines
  • •Lead small and large-scale organizational reorganizations
  • •Support managers through complex change management
  • •Develop and implement business incentive plans
  • •Lead local and global HR projects
  • •Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence
  • •Maintain a trusting relationship with the works council
