As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with various business segments to shape talent management strategies, drive organizational efficiency, and ensure alignment between business goals and human capital. Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• •5–7 years of progressive HR experience
• •Strong business acumen and proven track record with senior leadership
• •Deep understanding of HR practices, organizational development, and change management
• •Demonstrated expertise in at least one HR functional area
• •Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across cultures
• •Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• •Strong analytical, consulting, and project management capabilities
• •Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• •Ability to drive meaningful organizational outcomes through HR strategy
• •Thorough knowledge of the business segment and HR impact on success

Tasks

• •Advise and coach on talent management
