  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across cultures
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical, consulting, and project management capabilities
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to drive meaningful organizational outcomes through HR strategy
  • Thorough knowledge of the business segment and HR impact on success

Tasks

  • Advise and coach on talent management
  • Support workforce planning and management selection
  • Provide executive coaching and performance management guidance
  • Facilitate retention and succession planning strategies
  • Implement change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise
  • Develop integrated people and organization solutions
  • Identify and address organizational performance gaps
  • Align business goals with human capital strategies
  • Drive efficiency through lean initiatives
  • Assist in informed decision-making regarding people investment
  • Create cross-cultural communications and change strategies
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities
  • Plan and implement cyclical HR initiatives
  • Train managers on new HR programs and processes
  • Manage and direct the duties of others
  • Build strong internal customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
