- Collaborate with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise
- Develop integrated people and organization solutions
- Identify and address organizational performance gaps
- Align business goals with human capital strategies
- Drive efficiency through lean initiatives
- Assist in informed decision-making regarding people investment
- Create cross-cultural communications and change strategies
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities
- Plan and implement cyclical HR initiatives
- Train managers on new HR programs and processes
- Manage and direct the duties of others
- Build strong internal customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
