Tasks
- Prospect accounts to discover networking sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline
- Formulate solutions to generate upsell revenue
- Develop consultative relationships with client stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT management on business needs
- Generate leads and referrals for new opportunities
- Grow contractual renewals for small-to-mid size accounts
- Interface with industry experts to anticipate needs
- Transfer specialized knowledge to reduce client learning curves
- Prioritize leads based on technical and business feasibility
- Deliver product demonstrations and customer training
- Articulate targeted solutions from proposal to contract
- Negotiate profitable deals to expand the company's footprint
- Update deal profiles and forecasts in Siebel
- Define specific sales plans with your manager
- Leverage external partners to deliver successful sales
