Requirements

  • Deep market understanding of the photo and camera lens industry
  • Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or sales; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • At least 10 years of sales experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Clear understanding of sales, marketing, and service integration
  • Solid B2B2C understanding and experience with high-involvement customer segments
  • Proven leadership skills in building and developing high-performing international teams
  • Proficient use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Drive sustainable growth of the global photo business
  • Ensure margin excellence and profitable sell-through
  • Develop and implement integrated sales, marketing, and service strategies
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization
  • Assume global responsibility for distribution management
  • Oversee regional experts in direct and matrix structures
  • Participate in the leadership team of the Mobile Imaging business unit
  • Plan and manage global sales, marketing, and service budgets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • Represent the ZEISS brand at industry events and customer gatherings
  • Develop customer-centric service offerings
  • Ensure customer needs influence business decisions
