- Define required template process adaptations
- Decide on process designs per design governance
- Facilitate decision-making in higher committees
- Drive interaction with process experts from segment hubs
- Provide guidance on business process design aspects
- Report to global process owners
- Execute rules and guidelines from global process owners
- Ensure alignment on integration topics with global process owners
- Identify improvements of the global template
- Review and approve design and configuration documents
- Support in designing test cases if required
