Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • •Proven experience driving projects in business process excellence or similar performance improvement environment
  • •3+ years' experience in Sales environment with SAP SD
  • •Knowledge in CRM System integration
  • •Results-oriented, analytical, and organizational skills with strong change communications skills
  • •Strong change management perspective
  • •Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken

  • •Drive change and establish business process excellence

  • •Balance business process methodology with IT requirements
  • •Moderate between ZEISS functions and process experts
  • •Manage and coordinate internal and external resources

  • •Share best practices and integrate related processes
  • •Align workstream progress with the senior manager
  • •Plan, implement, and improve workstream measures
  • •Contribute to the Lead to Cash workstream
