Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • •Proven experience driving projects in business process excellence or performance improvement
  • •Experience with SAP ERP transformation projects
  • •Knowledge in SAP QM and 3PL integration
  • •Results-oriented, analytical, and organizational skills with strong change communications skills
  • •Strong change management perspective
  • •Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken

  • •Moderate between ZEISS functions and process experts
  • •Steer and orchestrate external consulting support
  • •Exchange information with end-to-end streams
  • •Ensure best practice sharing and integration
  • •Report results to overall program management
  • •Align workstream progress with the senior manager
  • •Plan, implement, and improve workstream measures
  • •Contribute to Quality Management processes
