- Elevate the ZEISS Online Shop to a leading online optical retail platform
- Shape customer journeys and expand digital footprint across markets
- Embed e-commerce as a core part of ZEISS’s omnichannel strategy
- Combine business strategy with hands-on execution
- Define and execute the long-term e-commerce roadmap
- Lead the conceptual and operational upgrading of the ZEISS Online Shop
- Advance the platform’s digital architecture, scalability, and personalization
- Enhance the premium user experience
- Align online and offline commerce for seamless omnichannel journeys
- Connect ZEISS’s retail partners, digital services, and physical touchpoints
- Scout and pilot new digital retail capabilities
- Collaborate with ZEISS innovation teams on virtual try-on and prescription integration
- Refine the online customer journey using behavioral insights and UX testing
- Analyze performance to continuously improve the customer experience
