Requirements

  • Experience building and leading teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Account Managers
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to build pipeline discipline and track KPIs
  • Ability to translate data into decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent Italian speaking skills
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and business landscape
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments

Tasks

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Own commercial performance in the Italian market
  • Engage in hands-on deal building and closing
  • Build, train, and scale the Italian Growth team
  • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Negotiate and close major deals with optimal terms
  • Enforce high Salesforce data standards
  • Continuously improve sales processes with peers
  • Report directly to leadership on GTM strategy
