  • •Lead organization design and workforce planning
  • •Drive talent management and succession planning
  • •Develop high-potential A-Player talent
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment priorities
  • •Strengthen the company's employer branding
  • •Manage local reward and benefits strategies
  • •Lead annual performance and reward review processes
  • •Champion a continuous performance culture
  • •Direct organizational change and communication initiatives
  • •Foster positive employee relations and engagement
  • •Lead Works Council interactions and negotiations
  • •Ensure legal compliance and operational governance
  • •Develop the local P&O team's capabilities
  • •Utilize people analytics for data-driven decision-making
  • •Build leadership and line manager capability
  • •Coordinate with global P&O and Reward teams
  • •Oversee budgets and business continuity planning
