- Lead and develop the HR operations team
- Foster a collaborative, customer-centric, and high-engagement work culture
- Ensure stable operations through resource planning and KPI tracking
- Set clear goals, expectations, and priorities for the department
- Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with German employment and payroll legislation
- Manage internal and external audits and implement recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor on local HR policies
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
