  • 5+ years experience in Pharma/Life Sciences
  • 3+ years Salesforce Field Service/Service Cloud BA/Admin
  • University degree in business, economics, IT
  • Strong Salesforce Field Service experience
  • Translating business requirements to service solutions
  • Global governance models and distributed teams experience
  • Salesforce Business Analyst required
  • Solid understanding of service data models, automation, integrations
  • Agile delivery models and tools experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience/interest in AI-driven CRM capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Structured, independent, results-oriented working style
  • Fluency in English required
  • Intercultural experience and global environment work

Tasks

  • Design and configure Technical Service stream
  • Implement Field Service and Service Cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with platform streams for seamless processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Align with global data models and governance frameworks
  • Identify and implement platform automation opportunities
  • Support Agentforce integration into Field Service
  • Implement prioritized demands with global governance
  • Refine and validate business requirements
  • Adapt global processes to market-specific needs
  • Contribute to business needs translation workshops
  • Evaluate and prioritize demands with AI focus
  • Operate in globally distributed Salesforce team
  • Collaborate across regions for platform evolution
  • Support local CRM specialists with deep knowledge
  • Align with IT, Commercial Excellence, and Digital
  • Enhance service efficiency and technician productivity
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in Technical Service
  • Enable advanced reporting and analytics
  • Develop and support training materials
  • Provide expert-level support for complex topics
