Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in business development, sales, or account management in OEM or B2B sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue/market share
  • Strong technical knowledge of OEM market and products/solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet global OEM customers and attend events
  • Fluent in English

Tasks

  • Develop strategic sales plans for key global OEM customers
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with global OEM customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Understand global OEM customers' business needs and goals
  • Align customer needs with product value propositions
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to global OEM customers
  • Collaborate with OEM sales team and technical specialists
  • Provide comprehensive and customized solutions
  • Negotiate and close contracts with global OEM customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline
  • Forecast and report on sales performance
  • Provide market trends and competitive insights
  • Share customer feedback and product requirements
