Tasks
- •Manage over 150 diverse customer relationships
- •Align customer goals with necessary resources
- •Partner with internal teams to solve customer challenges
- •Facilitate software adoption and platform mastery
- •Conduct daily strategic deep-dive customer meetings
- •Provide tactical recommendations and feature updates
- •Address reactive inquiries regarding billing and software usage
- •Identify and qualify growth and expansion opportunities
- •Resolve technical roadblocks and integration challenges
