Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or related role
  • Proven success in owning renewals and reducing churn
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Track record in functional and informal leadership
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Technical fluency with CRM and CS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight); knowledge of integrations and APIs
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); German is a plus
  • Dedication, consistency, and motivation to influence customer outcomes and CS function evolution

Tasks

  • Lead onboarding processes for new customers
  • Create scalable approaches for quick value realization
  • Act as a trusted advisor for account stakeholders
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer goals
  • Own renewal negotiations and collaborate on strategy
  • Monitor account health to prevent churn
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product
  • Shape the customer journey with real-world feedback
  • Share expertise to strengthen the team and encourage knowledge sharing
  • Use metrics to anticipate risks and guide engagement strategy
  • Present findings to align internal priorities
  • Suggest improvements for digital fluency and process efficiency
