- •Track record in functional and informal leadership
- •Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- •Technical fluency with CRM and CS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight); knowledge of integrations and APIs
- •Fluency in English (written and verbal); German is a plus
- •Dedication, consistency, and motivation to influence customer outcomes and CS function evolution

- •Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- •Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product
- •Shape the customer journey with real-world feedback
- •Share expertise to strengthen the team and encourage knowledge sharing
- •Use metrics to anticipate risks and guide engagement strategy
- •Present findings to align internal priorities
- •Suggest improvements for digital fluency and process efficiency
