  • Strong negotiation skills, financial conversation navigation, cancellation handling
  • Relationship building/maintenance, expectation management, issue identification for escalation
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing or aptitude to learn quickly and independently
  • Partner relationship support for acquisition, retention, up-sell
  • Openness to using and incorporating AI

Tasks

  • Manage 150+ customer relationships
  • Understand customer goals
  • Align customers with necessary resources
  • Partner with internal teams on onboarding, up-sell, and renewals
  • Help customers fully adopt the HubSpot platform
  • Conduct 4-5 daily deep-dive meetings
  • Review customer progress
  • Make strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Inform customers about new HubSpot features
  • Address customer inquiries on invoices and software
  • Identify and qualify customer expansion opportunities
  • Drive customer retention and growth
  • Understand customer technical roadblocks
  • Recommend HubSpot solutions and integrations
