- •Manage German-speaking customers as their central contact

- •Proactively derive targeted solutions for customer needs
- •Foster long-term relationships between customers and internal teams
- •Conduct regular business reviews to analyze platform usage
- •Provide recommendations to optimize SaaS platform performance
- •Identify and advise on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- •Manage internal and external stakeholder communication
- •Resolve customer inquiries and technical problems quickly
- •Develop in-depth expertise in the company's software
- •Handle challenging conversations with an objective, empathetic approach
- •Monitor KPIs to ensure long-term customer retention
- •Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements
