  • Manage German-speaking customers as their central contact
  • Analyze business requirements and technical details
  • Proactively derive targeted solutions for customer needs
  • Foster long-term relationships between customers and internal teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews to analyze platform usage
  • Provide recommendations to optimize SaaS platform performance
  • Identify and advise on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Resolve customer inquiries and technical problems quickly
  • Develop in-depth expertise in the company's software
  • Handle challenging conversations with an objective, empathetic approach
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure long-term customer retention
  • Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements
