Tasks
- •Monitor and manage tickets in ServiceNow
- •Plan and execute onsite technical interventions
- •Replace IT devices and peripherals
- •Set up and configure hardware equipment
- •Manage meeting rooms and Microsoft Teams systems
- •Maintain local IT stock and alert leadership
- •Update the ServiceNow CMDB as required
- •Support IT requirements for special events
- •Replace outdated equipment per lifecycle policies
- •Complete mandatory internal security and compliance trainings
- •Forward tickets to appropriate assignment groups
- •Create AD accounts and manage user groups
- •Perform local software installations and manual patching
- •Coordinate PC patch management with cybersecurity teams
- •Pilot patch management for industrial PCs
- •Provide level 1 coordination for printer systems
