- •Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute the PMI strategy
- •Lead efforts to blend two distinct company cultures
- •Develop and implement change management initiatives
- •Assess existing talent pools and develop deployment strategies
- •Serve as the primary HR liaison for internal communications related to the merger
- •Review and harmonize policies, benefits, and compensation structures
- •Design programs to keep employees motivated and engaged
- •Implement targeted training initiatives to upskill employees
- •Track and report on PMI progress and employee sentiment
- •Guide the strategy and delivery of culture and leadership development programs
- •Partner with management to define growth needs and targets
- •Establish and maintain the global culture and learning roadmap
- •Participate in leadership meetings to address talent challenges
