You oversee the development and integration of production systems, ensuring effective processes and alignment with stakeholders while driving collaboration across functions and monitoring operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• •MBA preferred
• •7+ years of experience in Operations
• •Experience in PMI or M&A integration
• •Experience in large-scale process reengineering
• •Success in driving complex projects
• •Experience in a global environment
• •Post Merger Integration expertise
• •Experience in manufacturing or supply chain
• •PMP certification
• •Strong mastery of MS Project
• •Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools
• •Ability to build and analyze P&L models
• •Experience with synergy business cases
• •Experience with integration budgets
• •Experience with ROI calculations
• •Advanced Excel skills
• •Experience with Power BI/Tableau
• •Experience with SQL or analytical tools
• •Familiarity with regulatory requirements
• •Knowledge of internal controls

Tasks

• •Define processes and systems for production.
