Requirements

  • •15+ years of professional experience
  • •10+ years of leadership in Automotive or Tech sector
  • •Field-tested expertise in ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29
  • •Strategic understanding of (Gen)AI, Digital Twins, OTA systems
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale teams
  • •Experience in influencing executive stakeholders
  • •Completion of Executive Education Programs in change management
  • •Experience with scaling AI in regulated environments
  • •Published contributions to international standards
  • •Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics
  • •Willingness to travel up to 20%

  • •Lead a global team in Product Trust, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity
  • •Own the global strategy and governance for Functional Safety and Cybersecurity
  • •Transform SBU towards cost-effective compliance and digitalized risk governance
  • •Define enterprise-wide standards and compliance automation frameworks
  • •Institutionalize trust-by-design in delivery and development processes
  • •Collaborate with CoE Engineering Excellence and Divisional AI Labs
  • •Enable OEM programs to achieve ready-to-certify status
  • •Guide product teams on compliance for AI, OTA, SDVs, and automated driving
  • •Serve as the global voice of HARMAN Automotive in customer engagements
  • •Drive co-creation of standards and certification pathways for Automotive AI
