- •10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management
- •Proven success in designing and scaling talent strategies
- •Expertise in performance management, leadership development, executive coaching, and HiPo strategy
- •Strong fluency in talent analytics, digital learning platforms, and agile methodologies
- •Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- •Strategic thinking ability to connect talent management initiatives to business outcomes
- •Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influence
- •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving enterprise-wide change
- •Experience in global or matrixed organizations
- •Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital learning platforms, and talent analytics tools
- •Passion for inclusive leadership, coaching, and developing high-potential talent
- •Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence
- •Innovative and experimental approach to talent strategy
- •Strong business acumen and ability to develop and deliver business cases for talent initiatives
